Our “all levels” yoga class is designed for people looking for a peaceful, slow flow with in-depth instruction in an intimate setting. Our instructors keep this particular class small in order to help correct techniques, postures, and transitions so that you can achieve a better and better practice.This class also explores endurance and flexibility in a no-competition setting in order to assure that everyone has a non-violent, humble practice. The instructors will also explore more intermediate poses for those who have achieved more within their own practice in order to help provide strength and development. This class combines fundamental yoga postures with breath awareness. This class is recommended for strong beginners looking to find deeper expressions of poses.
