Yoga has been an integral part of Beth’s life the past 20 years. As a life-long athlete, she was first drawn to the asana component of yoga but soon embraced the peace, balance, and mental well-being yoga offers on and off the mat. She is drawn to the heart-centered anusara and alignment-centered Iyengar traditions.
Beth trained with both Mary Bruce and Christy Burnette and is Yoga Alliance Certified. She shares her knowledge of yoga and experiential insights in yin/yang classes focused on centered strength, breath, balance, and ease.
